Hi!
The exercise for the month of July is Tree Pose. 
Start with feet together. Stomach in. 
Chest lifted with shoulders back & down. Top of your head straight up. 
Lift right heel off the floor & bring right foot/leg up as high as possible. Trying to keep your right knee out to the side. 
Start with arms out to the side inline with shoulders. When u feel balanced try to bring arms over your head placing palms of hands together. When this gets easy try closing your eyes. 
Hold each pose 30sec on each leg to start doing 3 sets  of each - working up to 1min on each leg. 
Concentrate on your breathing. Focus your eyes on 1 spot & your mind on what you are doing.
